Samyama Liberal School of SpiritualityTM is the collective operating name of the two sister organizations Samyama Healing CentreTM and Samyama Foundation.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use without charge of the www.samyama.org, website, including its content, applications, software, services and products (collectively, the “Samyama Website” or “this website” or “our website”). The term ‘Samyama’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

All payments and donations once made are final. We do not offer any refunds for any of the services we offer through Samyama Healing CentreTM or Samyama Foundation. Please make sure to clearly understand our organization and our services before making any payment or donation.

Your privacy is important to us. It is Samyama’s policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website https://www.samyama.org, social media accounts, and other sites we own and operate.

Making Payments or Donations

When you make a donation to us through us, you would be eligible for 80G Tax Benefits. However, in order to claim the benefits and for us to maintain proper records as mandated by the government, we would require some further personal information such as PAN Card Number, Address, etc.

We use RazorPay for processing payments. We / RazorPay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
