The race is never ending. 90% of relationships are in turmoil. Rest 10% somehow adjusting to maintain the social security and image.
Unwanted qualities like Dishonesty, Jealousy, Evil thoughts, Violence, Greediness etc are at its most. The Next Generation is becoming more and more aggressive, frustrated and drifting away from Root for various reasons.

Samyama meditation has brought about a great Transformation in my being from within. It has made me more aware,increased my acceptances and helped me connect with myself.This in turn has helped me gain confidence,clarity and given direction.
